Gym Motivation

Those of us that are regular gym-goers, or have other regular fitness-related activities, will at some point forget why they started to do it in the first place. It is so easy to get to a point when you just go through the motions. This then means you are not using your time effectively or in a way that benefits you in the way that it should. Everything can get just a little stale…

 

Sometimes a change of scenery is all that is needed. Or maybe a new fitness/work-out plan.

 

Other times it is the mind, the thinking, which needs a little work.

 

It could be that motivation, or lack of, is the issue. Getting your head and thinking back to where it used to be can have massive gains and benefits.

 

Maybe motivation is not the problem. Low self-confidence, shyness, lack of focus, or being too self-aware can have a big impact in getting the most out of your chosen activity.
