We all have periods of bad sleep. Usually, these patches of low-quality rest are due to a specific reason. After this reason has been resolved, we get back to normal and enjoy our sleep again.
Sometimes though, low quality sleep patterns remain with us for longer, and with no end in sight.
We can face many different types of problems, and these can range in complexity. Sleep issues are no different.
Hypnotherapy can help with many sleep issues. A person who is hypnotized will enter a state of heightened attention and suggestibility, leaving them open to suggested changes in behavior and thinking.
Hypnotherapy can also help with the relaxation process before sleep allowing the client ‘switch off’ more easily. Once achieved, getting back into a pattern of good quality sleep soon becomes the norm, leading to a better quality of life.
